Ik ben Piet van 't Klooster, geboren in 1958. Opgegroeid op een boerenbedrijf waar mijn vader handelde in paarden. Dus al vroeg op de pony en alle facetten van de paardensport leren kennen. Bij de paarden ben ik zowel in de dressuur als in het springen in de Z-klasse gestart.

Tevens ben ik bevoegd instructeur. Op dit moment ben ik geen actief ruiter, maar houd ik me bezig met de verzorging van de paarden en het onderhoud op de Kleinjanshoeve. In het dagelijks leven ben ik voor 4 dagen verkoopadviseur in raamdecoratie bij de firma Trendiy.

Ook ik kwam uiteraard al jong met paarden in aanraking. Mijn ouders hebben ook de meeste moeite gedaan om mij het vak bij te brengen, maar helaas, het zat er niet in. Mijn interesse gaat meer uit naar het sleutelen aan auto's en motoren en het werken met hout. Ik heb dan ook MTS bouwkunde gevolgd. Dat komt mij op de Kleinjanshoeve goed van pas, voor alle hand en span diensten. Ik zit dan niet op het paard, toch vind ik het wel leuk om met paarden om te gaan en bijvoorbeeld onze Willem voor de kar te zetten en een bosrit te maken.
